Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Overview
An IBU Sales Executive is the point person in the branch who is responsible for Corporate/SOHO sales. He or she must be extremely prompt, attentive, and dedicated to leading branch level SoHo/Corporate sales. He or she must be capable of generating leads, conducting market research, discovering new areas, and identifying prospects, as well as converting leads into sales. To maintain a proper work process/flow, he or she must be able to handle clients and their difficulties in a more efficient manner. The function requires daily market visits, sales inquiry and task posting, communication with the operations team (installation/support), daily reporting to the OV-Corporate Sales Head/Coordinator-SOHO/Branch Manager, and proactive planning of daily activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research in order to meet your sales goals.
  • Contracts with corporate/soho and consumer customers are negotiated and closed.
  • Oversee and manage the IBU department's daily operations.
  • Identifies and manages prospects in order to turn them into successful sales.
  • Establishes appointments with institutional prospects/clients and maintains good public relations (PR)
  • While at work, immediately communicates with Branch Manager/SOHO Supervisor/OV Supervisor-Corporate Sales for any assistance or information needed.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and strong interaction with coworkers and clients throughout the workday.
  • Every month, maintain constant focus and reach the set sales target.
  • To be eligible for incentives, they must collect the first bill and sign the contract with their respective client.
  • Prepare sales predictions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintains a monthly attendance rate of 90 percent with precise in-out timing.
  • Seeks assistance from the supervisor in locating prospects and narrowing in on a market segment.
  • Respects all VIANET employee codes of conduct.
*Two/four wheelers valid driving license with own vehicle (mandatory)
