Head – Legal & Compliance (1)
Position: Mid-level
Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in law from a university recognized by the Nepalese government with at least 50% marks/3 CGPA or equivalent. Commercial law shall be given precedence.
Minimum of three years' experience in the legal profession, with a focus on compliance and reporting, legal interpretation, contract writing, and negotiation. Experience working with a public limited company will be given preference.
Core Competencies:
- Investment banking, merchant banking, and private equity are all areas in which you should be well-versed.
- Expertise in the preparation and examination of legal papers.
- Commercial Law, Investment/Merchant Banking, SEBON Regulations and Guidelines, Arbitration Law, and other applicable Acts and Laws are also essential.
- Leadership abilities, as well as a strong knowledge of the Nepali and English languages.
