Position: Assistant Chief Executive Officer
Level: Senior Executive

Lead the bank's main business, which includes resource mobilization, transactional banking, and credit operations, as well as corporate affairs and research and development connected to the bank's whole business.
Operation and Control: Oversee the bank's entire banking operations, credit management, and risk assessment.
Age: At the time of application, you must be under 45 years old.
Common Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the CEO/DCEO, will be in charge of the entire business and control management.
Should be able to inspire and motivate others to achieve the bank's vision, mission, and goals.
Experience & Qualifications:
A Master's degree or equivalent in Management/Finance/Economics or related areas from a reputable university is required.
At least five years of managing experience in an A or B class financial institution is required.
