Description of the Position

  • Work on a clear and actionable project to improve the performance of logistics-related systems and processes, such as delivery/warehouse management-related products, configurations, and so on.
  • Align with multiple functional teams to proactively identify process requirements and to make it easier for users to report defects, new features, and unmet configurations.
  • Work on a skill gap analysis, training plan, and evaluation methodology for system users to ensure that they are knowledgeable about and capable of using the system and processes.
  • Prepare documentation for the system's business process flow and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Audit the system's execution of business processes to confirm that it is operating as intended, and take corrective action as needed.
  • To roll out new system features released by the technical team, develop Test Cases in line with business processes and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Take responsibility for resolving system issues reported by Business Teams, perform system and process flow diagnosis, and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner to discover appropriate solutions. Manage system concerns reported by business teams using tickets. To resolve system difficulties, process such tickets and cooperate with the technical staff.
  • Keep track of configuration changes and issues that have been reported and resolved.
  • Develop expertise in logistics and fulfillment systems and provide guidance to business teams on how to use them. To get the most out of the product, stay on top of the prescribed flow of feature usage, constantly review product capabilities, uncover best practices, and make local operations easier.
  • Continuously monitor business process flow dynamics and evaluate product capabilities in order to improve the operation's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the management team and relevant stakeholders have visibility into system/process-related themes and strategies, and that they are completely aligned with the product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain/product/process management with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management.
  • Excel proficiency is strongly needed, as is expertise with analytics.
  • Any experience with a Project Management Tool or a Ticketing Management Tool is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a group.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as good arithmetic and analytical talents, have all been demonstrated.
  • Ability to anticipate and recognize issues and offer effective and efficient solutions based on strong judgment and fact-based analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and flourish in fast-paced, changeable, and ambiguous circumstances.
  • Ability to guide, coach, and provide information to other employees.
