Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hotel/hospitality management from a reputable university, plus at least three years of experience in the hotel/fast food/hospitality industry (1 Year for ARM After Graduation).
OR
- For candidates in retail stores, a bachelor's degree in management/administration from a recognized university is required, as well as at least three years of experience (1 Year for ARM After Graduation).
- Fluency in both English and Nepali.
- To manage a team of more than 30 people, you must possess leadership qualities.
- Must have sufficient financial management knowledge.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the restaurant's financial performance.
- Analyze and forecast restaurant sales and profits.
- During regular shifts, coordinate the restaurant's operation.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and inspire employees.
- Answer client questions and complaints.
- Maintain strong quality control, hygiene, and health and safety requirements.
- Check inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and get cash drawers and petty cash ready.
