Fruit You Should Be Eating Every Single Day


If you had to name one fruit as the finest of the best, this would be it. 


Let's be honest about this. It's a little foolish to think that you should pick one fruit over the other.


Eating fruit regularly, especially a variety of fruits, has numerous health benefits. On the other hand, Raspberries are the most excellent fruit to consume if you want to get all of your nutrients in one serving. Why? Because raspberries are by far the best fruit to eat when it comes to nutritional fiber content. 


Here are a few reasons why raspberries are the best fruit to eat.


Raspberries have the highest amount of dietary fiber.



Take a look at the nutritional breakdown first. If you consume one cup of raspberries every day, you'll receive 8 grams of fiber or 32% of your daily fiber need.
